These Terms & Conditions govern your subscription to The Creator Labs video editing service. By subscribing, you agree to these terms in full.
The Creator Labs operates on a monthly subscription basis. Your subscription begins on the date of purchase and renews automatically each month on the same date. All payments are processed via Stripe and are non-refundable except as outlined in Section 4.
The Core Plan includes 4 long-form videos (up to 20 minutes each) and 4 short-form videos per calendar month. Add-ons are billed at the rates agreed at time of purchase. Unused video credits do not roll over to the following month.
The Creator Labs targets a 48-hour turnaround from the time footage and a complete brief are submitted. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or public holidays. Turnaround begins when all required materials have been received.
If you are not satisfied with a delivered video, The Creator Labs will revise the video at no additional cost. If after revisions you remain unsatisfied, you may request a credit or partial refund at our discretion, assessed on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds are not issued for unused credits in the current billing period, for cancellations mid-cycle, or for dissatisfaction arising from incomplete or late submission of footage and briefs.
Unlimited revision rounds are included per video. Revisions must be submitted via the client portal within 7 days of a draft being delivered. Revision requests submitted after this window may be treated as new projects.
Upon full payment, you own all rights to the final delivered videos. The Creator Labs retains the right to use delivered work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via email to sean@thecreatorlabs.co. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for the remaining days in a billing cycle.
The Creator Labs will keep your content, briefs, and business information confidential and will not share them with third parties except as necessary to deliver the service (e.g. assigned editors).
The Creator Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the month in which the issue arose.
The Creator Labs reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
